Cape Blanco

Here is a picture of the Lighthouse we visited. There are somewhere in the area of 15-16 lighthouses along the Oregon Coast. This one was built in 1870 and still runs today, though it's light is not as vital to safety as it once was. The weather there was quite chilly... bring a jacket if you ever plan to go because the day we were there is was about 14 degrees, windy as can be and the fog was so thick you couldn't make out the ocean which was only about 100 feet away. The tour guides there told us that was a warm day for them.
